Welcome to Eimear Campbell Art ("we", "our", "us"). By using this website and placing an order or booking a workshop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Us
This website is owned and operated by Eimear Campbell Art.
We create and sell original artwork, limited edition prints, homeware products and creative workshops inspired by the landscapes, colours and stories of Ireland.
2. Products
Every effort is made to ensure product descriptions, images and colours are as accurate as possible.
Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
As many products are handmade or printed in small batches, slight variations should be expected and are part of the character of each piece.
3. Original Artwork
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works.
Once sold, ownership of the physical artwork transfers to the purchaser. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with Eimear Campbell unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, edited or used commercially without written permission.
4. Limited Edition Prints
Limited edition prints are produced in restricted quantities.
Each print will be supplied as described within the product listing. Availability is subject to remaining edition numbers.
Copyright remains with the artist.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
6. Payment
Payment is required in full before any order is dispatched or any workshop booking is confirmed.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
7. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on each product listing.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
If an item is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (including courier delays), we cannot accept liability for those delays.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges applicable within their own country.
8. Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the item and packaging.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
As many products are made to order or printed specifically for each customer, they may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
Original artwork may only be returned where required by applicable consumer law or where previously agreed.
Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
9. Workshops
Booking a workshop reserves your place and materials in advance.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation by Participant
If you cancel more than 7 days before the workshop, you may request:
a transfer to another available workshop (subject to availability), or
a refund, less any non-refundable booking or payment processing fees where applicable.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are non-refundable, as materials, venue costs and preparation will already have been committed.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us before the workshop begins.
Cancellation by Eimear Campbell Art
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a workshop due to illness, insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond our control, participants will be offered either:
an alternative workshop date, or
a full refund.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or any other associated costs incurred by attendees.
10. Workshop Participation
Participants are responsible for following any health and safety instructions given during workshops.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or abusive. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
Where workshops are suitable for children, age guidance will be clearly stated in advance.
11. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unless otherwise stated, gift vouchers have no expiry date.
12. Intellectual Property
All artwork, photographs, illustrations, designs, branding, website content and text remain the intellectual property of Eimear Campbell.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
Sharing images on social media with appropriate credit is welcomed.
13. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is suspected.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eimear Campbell Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website, products or workshops.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product or workshop.
15. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
