Kainos Corporate Family Fun Day Drop-in Paint and Sip Event

When I was approached by the team at Callow Events to facilitate a painting workshop for the Kainos team family fun day event this Summer, I was really excited to create an experience that could accomodate the expected number of attendants to the day. (up to 500 guests!!).

We decided that a 'drop-in' session for groups of up to 30 guests would work best. The Callow team and I set up an area that would feel intimate, relaxed and a space under the comfort of the teepee tent where people could stop by for a while, do something creative and enjoy the atmosphere. I provided various medium and a selection of landscape images to choose from and allowed guests to relax into the session, giving guidance where needed.

I did not expect such a fun-filled day out for the team - they had everything for everyone - face painting, line dancing, music throughout the day from various artists, ice cream van, a gladiator style inflatable, games, farm animals - you name it they had it! - The weather made it all the more special as the sun was shining all evening at the Stranmillis Riddel Hall venue!

I loved this Paint and Sip event and hope to work with Callow Events and Kainos Belfast again!
